^ I've been listening to this all week but I just can't get into it.One of my favorite bands evers,I've been a fan since the EP.I know it's getting some rave reviews but seems to have neither the rawness of Funeral or the grandeur of Neon Bible.
Don't get me wrong it's not a bad album & there are some great tracks but it just seems a bit middle of the roadish.
Saw them live a couple of weeks ago though,at the fairly intimate Hackney Empire, & it was one of the best gigs I've ever seen.
