I have seen a few great shows live. Where to being would be the hardest part…..my first concert was Alice Cooper on tour with Scorpions. I was young so I don’t remember much expect that Alice Cooper was crazy. haha
One thing I do remember is working, as a Stagehand in 2001, for a concert called VOLUNTEERS FOR AMERICA that Drew Carey had hosted. It was incredible to see Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon and Bad Company Live. At one point between set changes, Drew came up to me and asked me who I was talking too. I told him I was talking to my girlfriend and then he asked if he could say hi. O he said HI…..He was like, “O Hey me and Johnny are at a strip club and by the way….he’s a great kisser”. Drew is awesome in person.

A Link that I found

Nowadays we enjoy seeing DMB (Dave Matthews Band) when they come through Dallas.

I barely went to any concerts back in the day and can't remember the last one I went to. But let's see:

New Order (x2)
The Cure (x2)
Siouxsie and the Banshees
Public Image Limited
The Sugarcubes
X
808 State
The Violent Femmes

I know I'm missing a couple...

waaaay too many to list or even remember.

My girlfriend would be jealous of seeing the sugarcubes though. Although she did drag me to see Einar's band Ghostigital at iceland airwaves festival.

As for NEXT concert though...i'm taking my kids to see Weird Al in a few weeks. :D

Social Distortion was the first concert I ever saw back in 1990 at the Newport Music Hall.

Working in the concert scene for as long a I did, I've seen more bands than most of you have had hot meals in your life. Sorta sad, but true.

Today, my bro Jay, (formerly from White Zombie) was in town.

We went to go look at mermaids....

I've seen a ton of live shows, but the Foo Fighters/Weezer tour was one of my favorites.

i dont really know Jay personally but i spent a day with him once in boston like 1992 or 3, when White Zombie was opening for Testament...a friend of mine used to do all of there t-shirts, so i helped him drop off the shirts and we where going to catch the show later that night. We met up with them at a really crappy hotel and being totally bored we ended up going to a few toy stores...like toys are us that where going out of business...looked at a bunch of stuff and generally caused havoc ...Jay ended up buying a Devil costume he was going to cut up and use as a more appropriate costume...fun day, Jay was really cool.

Is he yr real brother?
