I have an odd show at Gallery 1988 in Dec 2nd
if any of you are in the Los Angeles area?

looking forward to seeing some more images. There has been surprisingly little press about this show (compared to the usual press barrage that comes from G1988)

work at this show will be priced for the holidays, . . . better than that show at the FUSE gallery I had a couple of years ago where they jacked up my prices.

I'm going to try and make it. It's on a Thursday so that might be a little hard for me becuase i live 2 hours away.

thanks for posting. there seems to be just about no press for this show. I will post all the images that I have on Monday and put up a preview myself if I have to.

Same here, that really sucks. I know I'm looking forward to seeing everything. It really surprises me that they haven't sent anything out.

Flikr changed so they don't allow simple image linking to forums and want to redirect to flikr. there is a way around it though:

when you select "share this" go to the html one. you would then get

to difect link a pic, you want to grab the second url that starts with "img src" copy paste from the http to the .jpg and you're good to go

it's a pain in the arse, but it still works.

love the work - tis a shame I'm here in Australia (and Brisbane no less) where these sorts of art shows are not especially common. Our gallery of modern art is pretty awesome though, and gets some excellent travelling show

I am perplexed, . . .but I suspect the gallery owner is busy promoting the show after mine, . . .
It is more high profile than my silly drawing show with all those collaborations, . . . 2 with Craola, 1 with Chet Zar, 1 with Molly Crabapple, 1 with Ewelina Ferroso, 1 with Zoetica, 1 with Lola, etc, . . . and of course my own drawings, including 1 that is 30x40"

Kick him in the nards -- You've got perfect clearance. And then steal his glass of wine.

I'll add these details to my post. Wish I could make it to your little drawing show ... would be a great way to spend the holidays.

I think i'm looking forward to this show even more than the CP winter sale.
