Thank you for posting that...
It's just a short bike ride from home, so we'll be going...

Well we've been a good few hours drinking
So I'm going to say what everyone's thinking
If we're stuck on this ship and it's sinking
Then we might as well have a parade

I knew Kris in college. It was obvious back then he'd be a successful artist. Super talented fellow.

Man, I wish I could go to this show. What a great match-up.

This sounds like a great excuse for a weekend trip to Seattle!

I soooo wish there wasn't such a big gap between their last show and this one otherwise I would have planned a seattle trip to see them. Chris Berens, Jeremy Geddes, Travis Louie and Kris Kuksi are probably my top 4 artists who's work I haven't seen in person (well, i've seen travis' sketches but not his paintings). That would have been great to be able to see them all at once!

"We are getting really excited for this show. Travis will be exhibiting a series based on "People and their pets" as well as some Lovecraftian entities, and Kris will be showing an array of his sculptural works as well as a few of his incredible, intricate drawings. Here is a teaser of a drawing in the works!" - RoqLaRue

I really enjoy these.. I like how Travis is playing with proportions, making both creatures and the entire images look even weirder... plus, Im especially happy to see that the drawing I purchased recently turned into a WICKED painting for this show!!! ..

The squid is outstanding. I really like the skin pattern and eyes.

all Kuksi pieces are now SOLD!.. sadly, no drawings made it to the show:
"We had planned to have a drawing also but that has been postponed due to the sheer time these 4 pieces have taken to complete ("Andromedia" for example, features thousands of components!)."
